摘要
酒店行业正进入发展提高的转型期,作为不仅涉及企业员工的心理、行为层面,还与组织绩效息息相关的员工工作投入问题,已经成为酒店人力资源管理的重要课题。论文尝试探究中国文化经济政策背景下酒店员工工作投入的影响因素,并通过问卷调查和访谈,运用SPSS21.0对收集到的数据进行分析,得出结论,促使酒店管理人员从中辨析影响酒店员工工作投入的关键因素。
The hotel industry is entering the transition time of development and improvement, the problems of employee's job involvement not only relate to staff's psychology and behavior, but also affect the organization performance, it has been the important subject of hotel human resources management. This paper tries to explore the factors affecting the hotel staffs' job involvement under the background of Chinese economic and cultural policy, and through questionnaires and interviews, using SPSS21.0 to analyze these data, then gets the result, so as to make the hotel managers get the key factors affecting the hotel employee's job involvement.
