作为确保核电项目稳定发展的重要保障,项目进度控制不仅关系着核电项目整体建设进度,而且对于项目的整体质量有着重要影响。鉴于此,论文对项目管理与进度控制的含义、核电项目管理模式进行分析,并对核电项目管理进度的优化展开探讨,以期为核电项目管理中进度控制的运用研究提供可行性参考。

As an important guarantee to ensure the steady development of nuclear power project, project schedule control is not only related to the overall construction progress of nuclear power project, but also has an important impact on the overall quality of the project. In view of this, this paper analyzes the meaning of project management and schedule control, and the management model nuclear power project, and discusses the optimization of nuclear power project management progress, so as to provide a feasible reference for the application of progress control in nuclear power project management.
