摘要
在知识快速更迭的时代背景下,企业面临着更多的外部信息冲击和整合。本研究通过对组织关注、知识价值评估的文献回顾,总结出了个体、社会认知、组织层面的注意力对外部知识搜索的作用机制。本研究结论丰富了注意力基础观视角下知识使用策略的研究,为提倡企业结合自身情况选择合理知识使用策略提供理论支持。
In the context of the rapid change of knowledge, enterprises are faced with more external information impact and integration. In this study, we reviewed the literature review of organizational concerns and knowledge value assessment, and summarized the functional mechanism of individual, social cognition and organizational attention on external knowledge search. The conclusion of this study enriches the research of knowledge use strategy from the perspective of attention based view, and provides theoretical support for promoting enterprises to choose reasonable knowledge use strategies based on their own situations.
