土木工程建设规模的不断扩大,给人们的生产生活提供了便利的发展条件,与此同时对房建土木工程也提出了更高的质量要求。建筑部门及施工人员要引起高度重视,加大质量监管力度,合理调控经济成本,对存在的隐患因素进行分析探究,制定科学有效的质量管理方案,以确保房建工程施工的安全性和可靠性。论文对当前土木工程与房建工程施工存在的质量问题及质量保障的重要性进行了简单介绍,并提出了针对性实施方案。

The expansion of civil engineering construction has provided convenient development conditions for people＇s production and life.Meanwhile, it has also put forward higher quality requirements for civil engineering. Construction departments and construction personnel need to pay much more attention on quality supervision, reasonably control economic cost, and analyze the hidden risk factors, and make science and effective quality management plan, to ensure the safety and reliability of building engineering construction. This paper briefly introduces the problems existing in civil engineering and building construction engineering, and importance of the quality guarantee, then puts forward the targeted implementation scheme.
