Design and Implementation of the Independent Apply System for Military Bedding and Clothing

文章阐述了军队被装自主申领系统的设计背景和实现方法,针对原有的军队被装实物供应管理存在的问题,作者提出了构建创新型被装自主申领的思路,并提供了设计方案。系统采用货币虚拟化标准代替原有实物标准,系统设计方法具有较高的先进性和可行性,并已具备一定的研发成果并投入实际应用。

This paper describes the design background and implementation method of the independent apply system for military bedding and clothing. In view of the existing problems of the former military supplies management, the author puts forward the idea of building the innovative application of military bedding and clothing, and provides a design plan. The system adopts the currency virtualization standard to instead of the original physical standard. The system design method has advanced progressiveness and feasibility, and already has certain research and development achievements and put into practical application.
