摘要
目前国内水工闸门在提高耐磨性能方面的防腐蚀应用技术相对较少、发展缓慢。通过研究、分析抗磨防腐蚀领域相关工艺技术,同时研发与实际工况近似的专用涂层抗磨性能模拟试验设备,在进行多方案对比试验和方案优化的基础上,将优化的"喷锌+喷316不锈钢+环氧金刚砂油漆"方案成功应用在小浪底水利枢纽排沙洞偏心铰弧门面板上。
At present, the anticorrosion application technology of the domestic hydraulic gate in improving the wear resistance is relatively less and the development is slow. Through the research and analysis of the related technology in the field of anti-wear and anti-corrosion prevention, and the research and development of the simulation test equipment for the anti-wear performance of the special coating, which is similar to the actual working conditions, on the basis of multi scheme comparison test and scheme optimization, the optimized "spray zinc + Spray 316 stainless steel + epoxy emery paint" scheme is successfully applied on the panel of eccentric hinge sector gate in the Xiaolangdi Dam sand control tunnel.
