摘要
论文研究了脱硫石膏质量影响因素与烟气脱硫反应参数控制范围,分析了石灰石-石膏烟气脱硫反应中的石灰石品质、石膏浆液固体含量、石膏浆液p H值合理范围、吸收塔氧化空间与停留时间、烟气入口烟尘浓度等各参数的理想值,探讨了水力旋流器脱水系统与DG型石膏真空脱水机系统这两种常用的物理脱水系统的技术特点及在石膏脱水中的应用。
This article researches the factors affecting the quality of FGD gypsum and the control range of FGD reaction parameters, analyzes the quality of limestone, the solid content of gypsum slurry, the reasonable range of p H value of gypsum slurry, absorption tower oxidation space and residence time and the ideal value of smoke concentration and other parameters in the FGD reaction of limestone and gypsum, discusses the technical characteristics of two commonly used physical dehydration systems, namely, the hydrocyclone dewatering system and the DG type gypsum vacuum dewatering system, and their application in gypsum dewatering.
