摘要
论文针对静电放电抗干扰度试验中放电电压对放电参数的影响做出了实验分析,希望在此研究分析下,能够保障静电放电过程中干扰度和放电参数之间的影响在合理的范围内,从而保障放电的安全。
In this paper, the effect of discharge voltage on discharge parameters in electrostatic discharge resistance test is analyzed. It is hoped that through this study, the influence of the interference degree and the discharge parameter in the electrostatic discharge process can be guaranteed in a reasonable range, thus ensuring the safety of the discharge.
