国外老年人长期照护研究热点的共词聚类分析

Hotspots of long-term care of the elderly abroad:a co-word cluster analysis

[目的]了解近3年国外老年长期照护研究的热点,为我国老年长期照护研究提供参考。[方法]以PubMed检索系统中近3年发表的老年长期照护研究文献中的主题词作为研究对象,使用Bicomb软件、SPSS 22.0软件对主题词进行词频和共词聚类分析。[结果]共检索到相关文献1 914篇,获得高频主题词47个,通过共词聚类分析总结出近3年国外老年长期照护研究的8个热点:长期照护资源利用研究、经济学研究、流行病学研究、机构质量标准的研究、机构组织与管理的研究、老年评估、医疗保健人员工作满意度的研究、老年精神心理的研究。[结论]近3年国外老年长期照护研究的热点为:长期照护资源利用研究、经济学研究、流行病学研究、机构质量标准的研究、机构组织与管理的研究、老年评估、医疗保健人员工作满意度的研究、老年精神心理的研究,了解近年国外老年长期照护的研究热点可为我国老年长期照护研究提供方向。

Objective:To know about the hotspots of long-term care research for the elderly abroad in the past three years,and provide references for the long-term care research of the elderly in China.Methods:The Medical Subject Headings(MeSH)of the elderly longterm care research literatures published in PubMed retrieval system during the past three years were treated as the objects.Bicomb software and SPSS 22.0 software were used for word frequency analysis and co-word duster analysis.Results:Totally 1 914 pieces of literatures on long-term care were retrieved,and 47 high-frequency MeSH words were selected.The co-word clustering analysis showed that there were 8 hotspots abroad on long-term care research for the elderly in the latest three years including:long-term care resource utilization research,economics research,epidemiological studies,institutional quality standard research,research on organization and management,assessment on the elderly,job satisfaction research on the health care staff,the elderly mental and psychological research.Conclusions:The co-word cluster analysis of high-frequency MeSH words was useful to understand the hotspots abroad on long-term care for the elderly in recent years,and it could provide a direction for elderly long-term care research in China.
