护理硕士生导师胜任力评价指标体系的构建

Construction of competency evaluation index system for supervisor of postgraduate nursing students

[目的]构建具有我国护理专业特色的护理硕士生导师胜任力评价指标体系,为护理教育主管及决策部门评价护理硕士生导师能力提供参考依据。[方法]依据胜任力冰山模型,查阅国内外文献,经课题小组讨论形成包含5个一级指标、13个二级指标和64个三级指标的函询问卷,选取我国16个省的22名护理专家进行两轮德尔菲专家函询,对各级指标进行统计分析和筛选。[结果]22名专家参与了两轮函询,第2轮专家权威系数为0.930,变异系数为0.00~0.02,Kendall协调系数经χ2检验具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。最终得到护理硕士生导师胜任力评价指标体系,包括护理专业水平、教学指导能力、护理科研能力、担任硕士导师生动机和个人素质及性格特点共5个一级指标、13个二级指标和68个三级指标。[结论]护理硕士生导师胜任力评价指标体系具有较高的可靠性和科学性,可为护理硕士生导师胜任力评价提供参考与借鉴。

Objective:To construct a competency evaluation index system with the characteristic of Chinese nursing specialty for supervisor of postgraduate nursing students,and provide a reference basis for nursing education director and decision-making department evaluating the nursing masters' ability.Methods:Based on Iceberg competency theory,the candidate indicators were selected by literature review and group discussion,including 5 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators,and 64 tertiary indicators.30 nursing specialists from 16 provinces in China were selected to conduct the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation for statistical analysis and screening indicators at all levels.Results:There were 22 experts participated in the two rounds of consultation.The authority coefficient of the second round was 0.930,The variation coefficient was 0.00-0.02.Kendall harmonious coefficient had statistical significance(P<0.001).In the end,the competency evaluation index system for supervisor of postgraduate nursing students was constructed,including nursing professional level,teaching ability,nursing scientific research ability,motivation to be the master,and personal quality and personality characteristics,a total of 5 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators and 68 tertiary indicators.Conclusions:The competency evaluation index system for supervisor of postgraduate nursing students was highly reliable and scientific,which could provide a reference for evaluating the competency of supervisor of postgraduate students.
