试析马濠运河遗址的依法保护与合理利用

Analysis on the Legal Protection and Rational Utilization of Mahao Canal Relics

马濠运河是我国唯一的一条海水运河,在中国古代交通史上占有重要地位,且以特有的方式促进并见证了青岛海洋文化的发展。目前,在政府的引导下,对马濠运河的保护及利用取得了一些成效,但仍有可提升的空间。依法保护并合理利用马濠运河不仅可以增加青岛地区的历史底蕴和人文价值,增加青岛的文化软实力,推动其城市文化建设,还可以为沿海城市的海洋文化遗产的保护和传承提供借鉴。

As a unique artificial seawater canal in our country, Mahao canal occupied an important position in the history of traffic in ancient China, which promoted and witnessed the development of Qingdao marine culture in a special way. At present, under the guidance of the government, there has been some achievements in the protection and utilization of Mahao canal,but there is more room for improvement. Legal protection and rational use of Mahao canal can not only increase the historical connotation and humanistic value, raise the cultural soft power of Qingdao, promote the city culture construction, but also provide reference for the protection and inheritance of marine cultural heritage in coastal cities.
