现代大学的书院制建设研究——以香港中文大学为例

Study on the Construction of Academy System in Modern Universities——A Case Study of Chinese University of Hong Kong

书院制大学的改革是现代高等教育改革的方向之一。作为一种借鉴西方的新型高等教育体制,目前书院制大学的本土化改革出现了水土不服等诸多问题,但也获得了诸多成果。香港中文大学是最早开始书院制改革的国内大学,也是目前较为成功的书院制大学之一。通过分析香港中文大学书院制改革的具体制度及成功的原因,可对其他大学的书院制改革提供有益的借鉴。

The reform of the universities＇ academy system is one of the reform directions of modern higher education. At present, the localization reform of the universities＇ academy system which mirrors the new type of higher education system in the west has experienced many problems, whereas it has got many achievements as well. The Chinese University of Hong Kong was the first domestic university to start the reform of the academy system, and is one of the more successful universities which has constructed the academy system. Therefore, analyzing the reform of the Chinese University of Hong Kong＇ academy system and the reasons for its success offers a useful reference for other universities＇ academy system construction.
