摘要 油管裂纹的传统检测方法存在着设备昂贵、危险性高、检测工作量大等问题,提出将数字图像中的检测算法应用于油管裂纹检测中。对拍摄的彩色油管裂纹图像选用灰度化、直方图均衡化、对数变换相结合的方式进行预处理,取得较好的预处理效果。结合油管裂纹检测的实际需求,对Canny算子在梯度计算方面、阈值选取方法和边缘连接方式进行改进。仿真结果表明,改进后的Canny算法对油管裂纹有更显著的检测效果,在裂纹检测的连贯性上取得了较好效果,减少了检测工作量,降低了成本。 To solve the problem that traditional methods for detecting pipeline crack are expensive,dangerous and heavy workload,a method for detecting the edge of pipeline crack by Canny edge detector in digital image processing system was put forward.To get a good pretreatment effect,three methods of image enhancement were adopted to preprocess the image.On the basis of the comparison of traditional detectors,Canny detector was chosen for its accurate positioning and strong anti-interference ability.The novelties of this edge detection lied in the increased gradient computation,the way of selecting threshold and connect edge ways.Experimental results show that the algorithm can get better effect and coherence in crack detecting as well as reduce the workload and cost.
