外固定技术在骨盆骨折治疗中的应用

Application of external fixation in pelvic fracture

目的:分析外固定技术在骨盆骨折中的应用及可行性。方法:选择22例骨盆骨折患者,分成观察组和对照组,每组11例。观察组采取外固定技术进行治疗,对照组采取切开复位内固定技术进行治疗,并进行12个月的随访,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组优良率为81.82%,高于对照组的63.64%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者的手术时间更短,出血量更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨盆骨折在早期实施外固定技术能有效降低出血,缩短治疗时长,提高复苏几率,降低疼痛程度,减少死亡率。

Objective：To analyze application and feasibility of external fixation in pelvic fracture.Methods：Twenty-two patients with pelvic fractures were selected and divided into observation group（n = 11） and control group（n = 11） according to the main treatment method.The observation group was treated with external fixation technique,while the control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation.They were followed up for 12 months.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared.Results：The excellent and good rate of the observation group（81.82%） was higher than that of the control group（63.64%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the operation time was shorter and the amount of bleeding was less of the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The external fixation of unstable pelvic fractures can effectively reduce bleeding,shorten the treatment time,improve the probability of recovery,and reduce the degree of pain and mortality.Moreover,its clinical effects are significant.
