数字化时代知识交流理论的三维结构

Three-Dimensional Framework of Knowledge Communication Theories in the Digital Context

随着信息基础环境的变革和知识经济的到来,知识已成为数字化时代人类社会交流的主要客体。社会知识资源存在着碎片化、离散与不均衡分布、质量参差不齐的问题,迫切需要通过有效的知识交流机制予以解决,知识交流理论研究价值日益凸显。文章提出一个"个体——社群——社会"的三维结构框架来归纳整合知识交流各种具体理论,如个体维度的小世界原理,社群维度的实践社群,领域分析以及社会维度的社会认识论和符号互动论等。目的在于理清知识交流理论研究的思想脉络,促进其更好地发展。

With the revolution of information infrastructure and the coming of knowledge economy,knowledge has become the main object of human social communication in the digital age. The knowledge resources in society have the problems of being fragmented and scattered,unbalanced distribution and mixed quality. Effect communication mechanism is the key to solving these problems, which calls on the theoretical research of knowledge communication. A three-dimensional framework is put forward to integrate various theories of knowledge communication, for example, small-world phenomena on individual communication dimension, community of practice and domain analysis on the community communication dimension, social epistemology and symbolic interactionism on social communication dimension. The purpose is to outline the research context of knowledge communication theory and facilitate the development of that field.
