基于TAM的图书馆创客空间使用意愿实证研究

An Empirical Analysis on the Intention to Use Library Makerspaces Based on TAM

以技术接受模型为理论基础,通过文献调研抽取图书馆创客空间特征变量为外生变量,构建图书馆用户使用创客空间影响因素研究模型。运用问卷调查法,搜集数据347份,在此基础上,利用偏最小二乘结构方程建模方法对数据进行分析,研究发现:感知有用性是影响图书馆用户使用创客空间的关键因子,愉悦性、创新性、共享性、互动性是影响图书馆用户感知创客空间有用性的四个关键因素,便利条件、共享性和创造性是影响图书馆用户感知创客空间易用性的三个关键因素。互动性、愉悦性对感知易用性影响不显著,便利条件对感知有用性影响不显著。

Based on the theory of the Technology Acceptance Model（ TAM）,this study got the exogenous variables through literature research,and constructed the model of testing the factors that influence user ＇ s adoption of library makerspaces. A questionnaire survey was conducted in the study and 347 valid answers were collected. And the Structural Equation Model（ SEM） was employed to test the model and hypotheses. The results of the study portray that perceived usefulness is a main key factor that affects the use of makerspaces; enjoyment,innovation,sharing and interactivity are four important determinants that affect user＇ s perceived usefulness; convenient conditions,sharing and innovation are three vital factors that affect user＇ s perceived ease of use; interactivity and enjoyment have negative impacts on user＇ s perceived usefulness. The effect of facilitate conditions on Perceived ease of use is not obvious.
