复合凝乳酶胶囊治疗儿童功能性消化不良的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Gastropylor complex capsules in treatment of children functional dyspepsia

目的:观察复合凝乳酶胶囊治疗儿童功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:选取224例FD患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组109例和研究组115例。对照组采用阿莫西林+克拉霉素+奥美拉唑(三联疗法)治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予复合凝乳酶胶囊治疗。比较两组幽门螺杆菌(HP)清除率、临床评分、胃窦排空率及6个月内的HP复发率。结果:研究组HP根除率明显高于对照组,HP复发率明显小于对照组,治疗后的临床评分明显高于对照组,餐后30 min、60 min、90 min及120 min胃窦排空率明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在三联疗法基础上,复合凝乳酶胶囊治疗FD的疗效优于单纯三联疗法疗效。

Objective：To observe effects of Gastropylor complex capsules in treatment of children functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods：A total of 224 patients with FD were selected as the study objects and divided into control group（n = 109 cases） and study group（n = 115 cases） according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Amoxicillin ＋ Clarithromycin＋ Omeprazole（triple therapy）,while the study group was treated with Gastropylor complex capsules based on that of the control group.The rate of Helicobacter pylori（HP） clearance,clinical score,gastric emptying rate and HP recurrence rate within 6 months were compared between the two groups.Results：The HP clearance rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the HP recurrence rate was obviously lower than that of the control group.Further,after the treatment,the clinical score and the gastric emptying rates 30,60,90 and 120 min after a meal of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Gastropylor complex capsules based on the triple therapy in the treatment of children functional dyspepsia is more effective than single triple therapy.
