气质培养对大学生功能性心律失常的影响

Effects of temperamental cultivation on functional arrhythmia of the college students

目的:观察气质培养对大学生功能性心律失常的影响。方法:选取80例功能性心律失常患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规行为干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予气质培养。比较两组干预前后的心律失常发生率。结果:干预后,观察组心律失常发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气质培养联合常规行为干预改善大学生功能性心律失常的效果优于单纯常规行为干预效果。

Objective：To observe effects of temperamental cultivation on functional arrhythmia of the undergraduate students.Methods：80 college students with arrhythmia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine behavioral intervention,while the observation group was treated with routine behavior intervention plus the method of temperamental cultivation.The arrhythmia incidence rates of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results：After the intervention,the arrhythmia incidence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The effects of behavior intervention combined with temperamental cultivation in the improvement of functional arrhythmia of the college students are better than single behavior intervention.
