摘要
为解决ZJ112型卷接机组烟支夹末偏多和烟条跑条故障率偏高的问题,利用CREO参数化设计工具对ZJ112型卷接机组烟枪吸尘装置进行优化,扩大吸尘装置的有效作业区域,形成封闭的负压风区。改进后的烟枪吸尘装置实际应用于机组生产,夹末烟支由2.0%减少到0.5%以内,每班烟条跑条频率相对降低80%左右。表明改进后的吸尘装置改善了烟支夹末偏多和烟条跑条率偏高的问题,提高了机组有效运行率,降低了原辅材料消耗。
In order to solve the problem of the bullish cigarette debris and higher bar running in ZJ112 cigarette makers, the dust suction device in ZJ112 cigarette maker garniture is optimized with CREO parametrization design tools, and the effective working area of dust suction device is expanded, also, a closed negative pressure partition was formed. The results show that the cigarette debris decreases from 2.0% to 0.5% and the rod run rate decreases about 80%, which means that the improved dust suction device improves the problem of the bullish cigarette debris and higher bar running, and the effective operation rate of the cigarette maker has been increased and the original auxiliary materials are reduced.
