针灸配合电磁波联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片加注射玻璃酸钠治疗关节炎的效果观察

The effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with electromagnetic wave therapy and the injection of sodium hyaluronate with sodium hyalurate in the treatment of arthritis

目的探讨针灸配合电磁波联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片加注射玻璃酸钠治疗关节炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析105例关节炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为针电组、注射组和联合组,各35例。对比三组Mcgil评分、Neer评分及治疗效果。结果三组治疗后,联合组Mcgill评分各项数据均低于针电组和注射组(P<0.05);Neer评分均高于针电组和注射组(P<0.05)。三组治疗效果比较,联合组均高于针电组和注射组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论针灸配合电磁波联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片加注射玻璃酸钠治疗关节炎效果显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the effects of acupuncture with electromagnetic wave therapy and glucosamine hydrochloride tablets injection on sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of arthritis. Methods The clinical data of 105 patients with arthritis were retrospectively analyzed,According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into acupuncture group,injection group and combination group,each with 35 cases. Contrast three groups of Mcgil scores,Neer scores and therapeutic effects. Results After three groups of treatment,the Mcgill score in combination group was lower than that of the acupuncture group and the injection group( P <0. 05). The Neer score was higher than that of the acupuncture group and the injection group( P < 0. 05). the efficancy of combination group was higher than the acupuncture group and the injection group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion Acupuncture with electromagnetic wave combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets and injection of sodium hyaluronate to treat arthritis has remarkable effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
