巴基斯坦是南亚地区具有重要影响的国家,自美巴关系建立以来,两国关系的发展时有起伏。2001年"9·11"事件发生后,伴随着恐怖主义的蔓延与全球性问题的凸显,阿富汗日益成为美国全球反恐战略的关键一环,而巴基斯坦凭借独特的地缘位置与战略地位在美国的中南亚战略中占据不可取代的位置。文章认为巴基斯坦是中国的兄弟国家,在"一带一路"建设与"中巴经济走廊"建设正在全面推进的大背景下,美巴关系的走向、外部大国势力的渗透和战略性布局理应引起中国的高度关注。

Pakistan is an influential country in South Asia.Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and the US,the relations has undergone ups and downs due to factors such as counter-terrorism policy and geopolitics.In the afterwords of"9/11"2001 event,with the spreading of terrorism and the prominence of global issues,Afghanistan has become a key link in the US'global strategy against terrorism.With its unique geographical location and strategic status,Pakistan has been at an irreplaceable place in the US'strategy towards Central and South Asia.The author holds the view that Pakistan is a brotherly country of China,and that under the background of implementing the Belt and Road Initiative and China-Pakistan Economic Corridor,China should pay high attention and have in-depth research on the development direction of US-Pakistan relations,the infiltration and strategic layout of outside powers.
