摘要
安全是保障企业正常生产和发展的基础,对企业生产和经营具有重大影响。在探讨人力资源管理与企业安全生产的关系基础上发现,人力资源管理需要安全的作业环境,而安全管理需要运用人力资源管理的权利与手段来实现。鉴于此,从人力资源管理的六大基本模块出发,配合"改进员工安全防护措施,坚守安全生产最后防线"重要战略,形成"6+1"人力资源要素的安全管理模式,探究人力资源因素在安全管理中的具体应用。
Safety is the basis of ensuring the normal production and development of enterprises, and has a great influence on the production and management of enterprises. Based on the discussion of the relationship between human resource management and enterprise safety production, the paper finds out that human resource needs safe working environment and safety management needs to use the rights and means of human resource management. In this regard, this paper puts forward the six basic modules of human resource management, with the " Improve staff safety measures and stick to the final line of safety work" important strategy to form under the human resource of "6 + 1"mode of safety management; from the angle of institution and operation, the specific application study of human resources factors in safety management, improves safety management the level of prevention of safety accidents, promote enterprise safety production.
