烟气余热回收翅片管换热器的换热性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 应用Fluent软件对烟气余热回收装置中的翅片管换热器的换热性能进行模拟分析,得到了换热器内流场的温度、速度和压力分布,将仿真分析结果与实验结果进行了比较,仿真计算的结果与实验值符合良好,仿真计算具有一定的可行性。此外,还研究了翅片厚度、翅片间距、烟气入口速度对换热器换热性能的影响,研究结果表明,翅片厚度的增加、翅片间距的减小能提高换热效率,在一定范围内,增加烟气入口速度也能提高换热器的换热效率。 Fluent software is applied for simulation analysis on heat transfer performance of finned-tube heat exchanger in flue gas waste heat recovery unit,the distribution of temperature,velocity and pressure in the flow field of heat exchanger is obtained.The simulation results are compared with the experimental results,and the result of simulation calculation is in good agreement with the experimental value,the simulation calculation has a certain feasibility.And the influence of fin thickness,fin spacing and flue gas inlet velocity on the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger is investigated.The simulation results show that the heat transfer performance can be enhanced by the increase of fin thickness and the decrease of fin spacing,within a certain range,the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger can be enhanced by increasing the inlet velocity of the flue gas.
