伞式流量计响应图版的研究与应用

摘要 随着油田开发开采的进行,单井产量逐年递减,同时,大斜度井甚至水平井的井数逐渐增加。在低产出量的影响下,对于涡轮流量计这一常规流量测量工具,若涡轮启动速度接近或低于井下实际流体流速,涡轮转动不良甚至无法启动,无法获取流量监测数据。另一方面,低产出量又导致轻质相携液能力不足,在较大井斜条件下,井下流体出现回流现象,致使涡轮反向转动,无法构建流动速度剖面。低产量产出井的动态监测成为目前多数油田的难题,伞式流量计因具有集流效果,在改善井下流动速度剖面构建方面具有优势,但目前伞式流量计缺乏试验数据和图版支撑,在实际应用中受到限制。在充分的试验数据分析基础上,研究总结了伞式流量计响应规律和解释图版,并在实际测井过程中对图版进行应用验证,取得了良好效果。 With the development of oilfield exploitation and production,single well production decreases year by year,meanwhile,the number of high angle wells even horizontal wells increase gradually.Influenced by low yield,the conventional flow measurement tool such as turbine,because its start-up speed is close to or lower than the actual fluid flow rate,its rotation is insufficient or even unable to start,and it is unable to get its monitoring data.On the other hand,low output also induces insufficient ability in light phase.In the condition of high deviation,downhole backflow appears,which causes a reverse turbine rotation,flow velocity profile can not be ensured.The dynamic monitoring of low production wells has become a difficult problem in the most of oilfields,the basket flowmeter has collecting effect,it has advantages in improving the flow velocity profile,but it is lack of laboratory data and chart for support,it is restricted in practical application.On the basis of sufficient experimental data analysis,its response charts are studied and summed up,these charts are used in the actual logging process,and it achieves good results.
