摘要
采用Fe/C微电解耦合H_2O_2工艺对印染综合废水进行预处理,通过单因素试验,考察了H_2O_2投加量、初始pH值、Fe/C投加量和反应时间对COD和色度去除率的影响,同时对Fe/C微电解和Fe/C微电解耦合H_2O_2工艺进行对比。试验结果表明,H_2O_2投加量为8mg/L,反应时间为180min,pH值为2、Fe/C投加量为800g/L的条件下,COD的去除率为66.55%,色度的去除率为67.23%,H_2O_2对Fe/C微电解作用有明显增强的作用。该研究可为印染废水预处理技术提供依据。
The printing and dyeing wastewater is pretreated by Fe/C microelectrolysis coupled with H_2O_2.The effects of H_2O_2 dosage,initial pH,Fe/C dosage and reaction time on COD and color removal rate are investigated by single factor experiment,while Fe/C micro-electrolysis and Fe/C micro-electrolysis coupled H_2O_2 process are compared.The experimental results show that the removal rates of COD and color are 66.55%and 67.23%respectively,under the optimum parameters of H_2O_2 dosage of 8 ml/L,reaction time of 180 min,pH of 2 and Fe/C dosage of 800 g/L,H_2O_2 has a significant enhancement on Fe/C microelectrolysis.
