不同碳源条件对集胞藻PCC6803和聚球藻PCC7942生长的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章考察了单独添加NaHCO_3作为碳源以及同时提供CO_2混合气曝气和NaHCO_3作为碳源对集胞藻PCC6803及聚球藻PCC7942生长情况的影响。研究结果表明:单独添加NaHCO_3作为碳源的情况下,在NaHCO_3的初始浓度为0.1 mol/L的培养液中,两株微藻的生长速率最高;当NaHCO_3的初始浓度为0.2,0.3mol/L时,PCC6803的生长速率明显低于PCC7942,并在培养后期出现OD_(685 nm)值下降的情况。同时提供CO_2混合气曝气和NaHCO_3作为碳源的情况下,两株微藻的生长速率最高值对应的情况存在较大差异,PCC6803和PCC7942分别能够在CO_2曝气条件下和空气曝气条件下在NaHCO_3的初始浓度为0.1 mol/L的培养液中呈现出最高的生长速率。 Effect of carbon source conditions on growth of Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 and Synechococcus elongates PCC7942 were studied. According to results of single carbon source, the two strains occurred the highest growth rate under 0.1 mol/L initial NaHC03; However, PCC6803 occurred lower growth rate than that of PCC7942 under 0.2 or 0.3 mol/L initial NaHCO3. Furthermore, the OD685nm of PCC6803 even was decreased during later stages. Under the mix carbon sources condition, there are different highest growth rates to occur between the two strains. Combined 0.1 mol/L initial NaHC03 with C02 aeration, the highest growth rate of PCC6803 was observed. Whereas, the highest growth rate of PCC7942 was studied in company with 0.1 mol/L initial NaHCO3 and air aeration.
