摘要
秉承现代职教理念,坚持对接产业、衔接贯通、协调发展的原则,确定服装专业职业教育衔接的三层次人才培养目标,整体设计一贯制的人才培养方案,实践"三主体双责育人"的分段人才培养模式,为现代职业教育体系框架内的分阶段合作培养服装专业高素质技术技能创新型人才探索新路径。
With to the concept of modern vocational education and principles of docking industry, cohesion through, coordinating development, the paper determines three levels talents training goal of the fashion major vocational education, overall designe connecting talent training scheme, practices ＂three main body and double responsibility education＂ segment talent training mode,provides a new path for the cooperation in stages to training high quality technical skills and innovative fashion specialty talents within the framework of the modern vocational education system.
