摘要 循环肿瘤细胞是从肿瘤组织脱落进入血液循环的肿瘤细胞。它具有细胞体积大、密度小、刚性低和膜电容高的物理特性以及增殖慢、表达上皮标志物、基因型和表型可转变、能发生上皮间质转化等的生物特性。根据这些特性,人们发明了不同的检测方法,并进行了较多的临床应用,其中在肺癌中的应用主要包括鉴别良恶性肿瘤、探究与临床分期的关系、评估治疗疗效、指导治疗以及推测预后等。 Circulating tumor cells refer to the tumor cells of solid tumor released into the blood. It has a large cell volume, low density, low rigidity and high membrane capacitance of the physical properties and slow proliferation, the expression of epithelial markers, transformed genotypes and phenotypes, the occurrence of epithelial mesenchy mal transformation and other biological characteristics. According to these characteristics, people have invented different detection methods and carried out some clinical applications. Among them, the application in lung cancer mainly includes the identification of benign and malignant tumors, exploring the relationship with clinical stage, assessing the curative effect, guiding treatment and speculation of prognosis.
