董氏奇穴结合中药序贯疗法治愈继发性痛经验案1例

Dong's unique points combined with traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy for treating a patient with secondary dysmenorrhea

痛经是临床常见的妇科疾病,分为原发性痛经和继发性痛经,前者一般始于初潮或其后不久,没有盆腔器质性病变;后者往往是由器质性盆腔疾病导致。本例患者属继发性痛经,病程日久,迁延不愈,病情顽固,实属难治。笔者采用董氏奇穴结合中药序贯疗法治疗后,效果良好。

Dysmenorrhea is a common gynecologic disease in clinical practice, which includes primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea. The former usually begins at menarche or shortly thereafter without organic lesion from pelvic cavity; the latter is caused by organic diseases from pelvic cavity. This patient had suffering from the secondary dysmenorrhea, the course of her disease was long, and it had not been cured for a long time, her illness was too stubborn to cure. The author adopt Dong’s unique points combined with traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy to treat this patient and achieved good results.
