摘要 水泥乳化沥青砂浆广泛应用于板式无砟轨道调平减振结构层,其长期受到荷载、雨水和干湿循环等作用,为了保障高铁行驶安全,要求水泥乳化沥青砂浆具有足够的抵抗水侵蚀性能。试验通过加入占水泥质量0、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%的废旧轮胎橡胶粉配制成橡胶粉改性水泥乳化沥青砂浆试样,分别进行了冻融劈裂强度、干湿循环强度损失、动水冲磨等抗水侵蚀性能试验,结果表明,橡胶粉掺量影响橡胶粉改性水泥乳化沥青砂浆的抗水侵蚀性能,当橡胶粉掺量为4%时制备的橡胶粉改性水泥乳化沥青砂浆抗水侵蚀性能最佳。 Cement emulsified asphalt mortar is widely used in slab damper structure layer of slab ballastless track. It has long been affected by load,rainwater and dry and wet circulation. In order to ensure the safety of high-speed rail,cement emulsi- fied asphalt mortar is required to have sufficient resistance to water erosion. The samples were prepared by adding rubber powder of 0.2%,4%, 6%, 8% and 10% cement powder into rubber powder modified cement emulsified asphalt mortar. The freeze-thawing splitting strength,dry and wet circulation strength loss,running water erosion and other water erosion resistance properties were tested. The results show that the rubber powder content affects the water erosion resistance of the rubber powder modified cement emulsified asphalt mortar. When the rubber powder content is about 4%,the prepared modified cement emulsified asphalt mortar has the best water erosion resistance performance.
