摘要
利用顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)与三乙醇胺(TEA)进行聚合得到中间体M,再与异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)在水溶液条件下聚合得到聚羧酸-醇胺型水泥助磨剂,并探讨了醇胺类分子种类、接枝密度和掺量对水泥助磨和增强效果的影响,结果表明,当n(M)∶n(AA)∶n(TPEG=)1∶1∶0.3,助磨剂掺量为0.05%时,助磨剂的助磨和水泥增强效果最佳。
A new type of carboxylate-alcohol amine cement grinding aids was synthesized by radical copolymerization of TPEG,AA and small monomer(M) prepared by maleic anhydride and triethanolamine in aqueous solution. And the effects of the molecular species, grafting density,and the amount of alcohol amines on the grinding and reinforcing effect of cement were discussed. Test results showed that the carboxylate-alcohol amine cement grinding aids had best grinding and cement reinforcement property when n (M) :n (MA):n (TPEG) = 1:1:0.3, and dosage was 0.05%.
