摘要
采用Moldflow软件,对辐板式全塑轮胎的注塑成型过程进行模拟分析,研究注射模具浇口的位置和数量对熔料流动状态、充模情况和制品精度等的影响,同时应用Moldflow-Digimat-Abaqus联合仿真对成型后的轮胎进行力学分析。结果表明,内侧四浇口方案为最优设计。
The injection molding process of plastic tire with wheel spokes was simulated by using Moldflow software in order to study the effect of the gate location and quantity of injection mold on the flowing state of melt,mold filling and dimension precision of the product. The mechanical analysis on molded tire was made by Moldflow-Digimat-Abaqus combined simulation. The results showed that 4-gateinside scheme was the optimal design.
