Reading clubs play an important role in reading promotion and learning ability improvement. The tasks and responsibilities of libraries are providing reading service, promoting reading activities and improving reading level. Reading clubs and libraries have the same goal. On the background of nationwide reading, when reading clubs meet libraries, a strength of reading promotion has formed to promote social reading development.
