基于用户画像的高校图书馆精准服务构建

Construction of Academic Libraries' Accurate Service Based on User Portrait

图书馆精准服务是"互联网+"时代的图书馆发展的必然趋势,要实现"精准"必须关注的基础就是用户。文章在对用户画像理念及国内外研究梳理的基础上,从现有大数据利用状况、主观上精准服务转型的需要和客观上该技术执行可行性三方面分析用户画像技术实现高校图书馆精准服务的可行性。最后在搭建图书馆精准服务架构系统的基础上,提出围绕用户画像实现高校图书馆精准服务的技术过程。

Library＇s accurate service is the inevitable trend of library development in the era of ＂Interact ＋ ＂ and to achieve it users must be basically concerned. On the basis of the concept of user portrait and domestic and foreign researches, this paper analyzes the needs of users from the existing big data utilization situation, the need of subjective accurate service transformation and the feasibility of the implementation of the user image technology to achieve the library accurate service. And on the basis of building the library accu- rate service system, this paper puts forward that we can use user portrait as the core to achieve the library＇s accurate service.
