摘要
总结了上转换探测技术的基本原理,对探测器的结构、材料、性能以及前沿应用等方面作了介绍,指出探测器的性能提升、集成化、小型化和非线性材料的多元化等是未来上转换技术发展的新趋势。
In this paper, basic principles of up-conversion detection technology are summarized. The structure, material, performance and front application of the detector are presented. It proposes that the performance im- provement, integration, miniaturization and the diversification of nonlinear materials of detectors will be the new trend of the up-conversion technology in the future.
