摘要 针对目前再生水评估模型不全面、易丢失原始信息等情况,选取典型评价指标建立了一套多级再生水综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法结合熵权法创建的组合赋权法确定各指标权重,针对多评价指标选择改进的多级优度评价法,建立起基于物元分析与关联函数的再生水综合评估模型,以关联度判别各指标的优劣,用多级优度计算结果判定再生水综合发展能力,最大程度地利用所有原始数据。云南省三市再生水综合发展能力评估应用表明,评估结果与实际情况相符,进而验证了多级优度评价法用于再生水综合评估工作的可行性与合理性。 Aiming at the problem that current reclaimed water assessment model is not comprehensive and the original information often lost,the typical evaluation index was selected to establish a multi-stage comprehensive evaluation index system of reclaimed water.The weight of each index was determined by the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method.For multi-level evaluation index,the improved multi-level superiority evaluation method was selected to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of reclaimed water based on matter-element analysis and correlation function.The advantages and disadvantages of each index were judged by the correlation degree,and the comprehensive development of reclaimed water was judged by the multi-level excellent by full use of all raw data.Based on the case study of the comprehensive development capacity of reclaimed water in three cities of Yunnan Province,the results are consistent with the actual situation,and the feasibility and rationality of the multi-level excellent evaluation method for the comprehensive evaluation of reclaimed water are verified.
