基于机组可调区间的水电站调峰日计划编制方法

摘要 当电网负荷预测不准确或由于气温、降雨等扰动因素影响负荷变化时,基于确定电网负荷曲线的水电站调峰日计划编制将与实际需求不匹配,易导致次日电调部门频繁下达指令使机组跨越振动区次数增加。对此,在考虑次日电网负荷波动对水电站经济运行影响的基础上,给出机组可调区间的概念并提出一种水电站日计划编制方法,即外层利用启发式逐次切负荷策略调峰,内层通过动态规划求解满足可调区间需求的较优负荷分配方案。经过清江梯级水电站的模拟应用,所提方法能有效应对次日负荷波动,减少机组跨越振动区次数,具有一定的借鉴意义和工程应用价值。 Uncertain power load caused by inaccurate load forecast and changeable temperature and rainfall could make the day-ahead generation schedule and actual peak demand unmatchable,which easily gives rise to units going across hydraulic vibration areas frequently.Thus,considering the impact of power load fluctuate in the following day on economic operation of hydropower station,the concept of adjustable power range of units was put forward and a method for dayahead generation scheduling was proposed,which is a bi-level optimization that combines a heuristic successive cutting load strategy for peak shaving in the outer layer with a sub-optimal load distribution which satisfying adjustable power range by dynamic programming in the inner layer.Application of this method to Qingjiang Cascade Hydropower Stations shows that the adjustable power range of units is reserved in advance to avoid frequently going across the vibration areas due to the load fluctuation,which can make reference for other similar projects.
