摘要 为探究不同湍流模型在水轮机数值计算中的适用性,运用UG三维建模软件建立混流式水轮机模型,在ICEM中分别进行网格划分,导入FLUENT软件,分别采用RNGκ-ε、Realizableκ-ε与SST三种湍流模型计算水轮机3种运行工况得转轮扭矩、尾水管测试线上的速度及监测点P的压力脉动,并与水轮机的试验数据进行对比。结果表明,SST湍流模型较适用于转轮扭矩的计算;Realizableκ-ε、RNGκ-ε、SST湍流模型各自较适用于小流量、最优及大流量工况下流场分布的计算。 To explore that the applicability of different turbulence models in numerical simulation of water turbine,Francis turbine model was set up by three-dimensional modelling software UG.The mesh was divided in ICEM and was put into FLUENT software.The turbulence models of RNGκ-ε,Realizableκ-εand SST were adopted to calculate the torque of runner,the speed of draft tube and the pressure pulsation of the monitoring point P.Compared with the test data,the results show that the SST turbulence model is more suitable for the calculation of runner torque.The Realizableκ-ε,RNGκ-εand SST turbulence models are respectively suitable for the calculation of flow field distribution under the conditions of small flow,optimal flow and large flow.
