摘要
当发生地震灾害时,软母线与相互连接的电气设备存在复杂的耦合作用,从而导致电气设备受到过大拉力而发生破坏,通过数值分析的方法,使用ANSYS有限元软件建立了三组电气设备的模型,并通过软母线的连接构成了耦合系统,通过地震响应分析得出电气设备的破坏部位及软母线的影响规律。结果表明,电气设备绝缘瓷柱根部应力集中,易发生破坏,软母线连接电气设备时,会加大电气设备本身的响应,因此在今后的振动台试验中应充分考虑软母线的作用。
In the event of an earthquake,there is a complex coupling between the flexible busbar and the connected electrical equipment,causing the electrical equipment to be damaged by excessive pull.ANSYS finite element software was used to set up the model of three sets of electrical equipment through numerical analysis.Then a coupling system was formed through the connection of the flexible busbar.According to the analysis of seismic response,the damage area of electrical equipment and the influence of flexible busbar line were obtained.The results show that the stress concentration of the electrical equipment insulation porcelain column is easy to be broken.When the electrical equipment is connected to the flexible busbars,it will increase the response of the electrical equipment itself.So,the function of the flexible busbars should be fully considered in the future vibration test.
