摘要
目的:分析妇女中血清弓形虫、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒、单纯疱疹病毒特异性IgG、IgM抗体检出率及不同人群中检出率和临床意义。方法:收集2013年1月~2014年6月,2015年1月~12月就诊的孕妇,共计7184例。对2015年孕前1087例、1737例孕妇、116例流产、不良妊娠94例及不孕症305例进行了血清TOX、RV、CMV、HSVⅡIgG、IgM抗体检测并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:2015年各组受检者与孕前组P>0.05,由于流产组、不良妊娠与不孕组病例有限,TOX、RV、CMV、HSV感染而致出现异常的临床价值尚待进一步积累资料观察和分析。通过对7184例孕期妇女TORCH检测,TOX、CMV、HSVⅡIgM阳性检出率无明显增长趋势;RV、CMV IgG阳性率均高于文献的RV IgG 94.5%和CMV IgG88.93%~96.74%的报道。结论:按《孕前和孕期保健指南(2012)》建议孕前筛查或孕期有针对性的筛查,对降低出生缺陷的发生、提高人口质量及优生优育有一定意义。
Objective:The detection rate of toxoplasma,rubella virus,cytomegalovirus,herpes simplex virus specific IgG and IgM antibodies in women serum in the region and the detection rate and clinical significance in different groups from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.Method:A total number of 7184 cases were collected from January 2013 to June 2014,January 2015 to December 2015 in the hospital for treatment of pregnant women.Also serum of Tox,RV,CMV,HSVⅡ IgG and IgM antibodies from 1087 cases of pre-pregnancy,1737 cases of pregnancy,116 cases of abortion,94 cases of adverse pregnancy and 305 cases of infertility were detected and the test results were statistically analyzed.Result:Subjects with each group and pre-pregnancy group P 0.05 in 2015.Due to limited abortion,adverse pregnancy and infertility patients,TOX,RV,CMV,HSV infection and the clinical value of abnormal accumulation of data remains to be further observed and analyzed.TOX,CMV,HSVⅡ IgM positive detection rate of TORCH was not significantly increased among 7184 cases of pregnant women during 2013 ~ 2015.The positive rates of RV,CMV IgG were higher than those in the literature of RV IgG 94.5% and CMV IgG 88.93% ~ 96.74%.Conclusion:Local area TORCH detection according to《Pre-pregnancy and pregnancy care guidelines(2012) 》,which recommends targeted screening before pregnancy or during pregnancy,has to a certain significance to reduce the incidence of birth defects,improve the quality of the population and eugenics.
