武警总队医院遂行应急卫勤保障任务现状研究

Study on the situation of the General Hospital of People＇ s Armed Police to carry out emergency medical support tasks

目的为深入了解武警总队医院遂行应急卫勤保障任务的现状及存在问题，研究制定相关对策和措施。方法通过调查研究、查阅资料、咨询专业人员，对当前武警总队医院执行应急卫勤保障任务的类型和特点、准备工作、人员抽组、现场救护及后期补给等现状进行初步了解，发现其中存在的问题，并针对问题提出合理的解决对策。结果当前总队医院遂行应急卫勤保障任务存在战备意识薄弱、训练效果不明显、人员编制体制不合理、装备设施陈旧老化、后期补给能力不足等问题，因此从战备教育、针对性训练、队伍建设、装备保障建设、联合保障渠道等方面提出一些对策。结论总队医院应针对自身短板，采取合理对策，不断提高遂行应急卫勤保障任务的能力。

Objective To deepen understand the situation and problems in the General Hospital of People＇ s Armed Police （PAP） carrying out emergency medical support tasks, study and formulate relevant countermeasures and measures. Methods Through investigation, consultation and consultation of professionals, we made a preliminary understanding of the current situation about types, characteristics, preparation, personnel evacuation, on-site rescue and post supply of the PAP carrying out emergency medical support tasks. We found out the existing problems, and put forward reasonable countermeasures. Results There were many problems, such as weak actual combat consciousness, low training level, irrational staffing system, outdated equipments, inadequate supply capacity in the later stage. Some suggestions were put forward, such as combat readiness education, targeted training, talent team building, equipment support construction and joint guarantee channels. Conclusions General Hospital of PAP should take reasonable measures to continuously improve the ability to carry out emergency medical support tasks according to their own short board.
