我国大型舰船护理人员培训知识体系的构建研究

Research on the construction of knowledge system for training large ship nurses in China

目的构建大型舰船护理人员培训知识体系。方法采用文献研究法、专家会议法、德尔菲法和层次分析法对20名专家进行两轮函询，采用EpiData3．1、SPSS20．0、yahhp10．0软件进行数据的录入及统计处理。结果两轮问卷有效回收率为100％、95％；专家权威系数为0．820、0．826；专家协调系数为0．253、0．340；大型舰船护理培训体系包括卫勤保障护理知识培训、卫勤保障护理操作培训、救援卫勤演练培训和综合素质培训4个部分，权重依次为0．205、0．409、0．290、0．096。结论专家积极性和权威程度高，意见协调性较好，可为其提供培训体系构建的参考依据。

Objective To construct a training system for the training of large ship nurses. Method For the two rounds eonsuhation of 20 experts with the literature research method and expert meeting method, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, using EpiData 3.1, SPSS20.0 yahhp 10, software entry and statistical data processing. Result Two rounds of questionnaire effective recovery rate was 100% and 95%; the authority coefficient of experts was 0.820 and 0.826; the expert coordination coefficient was 0.253, 0.340; nursing training system of large ship including medical support nursing knowledge training, medical support and rescue nursing operation training service drilling training and comprehensive quality training of 4 parts, respectively weight is 0.205, 0.409 0.290, 0.096. Conclusion The enthusiasm and authority of experts are high, and the coordination of opinions is good, which can provide a reference for the construction of training system.
