基于激光测距的轮胎胶囊对称性检测系统设计

摘要 设计了一种基于激光测距原理的轮胎胶囊外形轮廓检测系统。系统主要由两部分构成:一部分是PLC作控制器的数据采集和控制系统,另一部分集数据监控和存储于一体的上位机系统,采用模糊控制算法设计PLC程序对轮胎胶囊合格程度推断。经实际测试验证,每条轮胎测试周期20s,测量误差在0.3mm内,实现了胶囊的快速性和精确性检测。 Designing a tire capsule profile detection system based the principle of laser distance measurement. The system consists of two parts: One part is the data acquisition and control system of PLC controller, and the other part is the host computer system, whichintegrates data monitoring and storage,adopts fuzzy control algorithm to design the PLC program to infer the degree qualified tire capsule.Through the actual test and verification, each tire test cycle 20 s, measurement errors within 0.3 mm, realizes the rapid and accurate detection of capsules.
