摘要
研究Fe-Mn有机酸添加剂对石灰石溶解度的影响,首先筛选出合适的有机酸添加剂,并在单因素的基础之上,根据BoxBehnken中心组合设计原理,借助Design-Expert V8.0.6软件,建立三因素三水平的响应面模型,研究Fe-Mn比值,温度,搅拌速度这三因素以及其交互作用对石灰石溶解度的影响。实验结果表明,当草酸添加0.04 g时,Fe-Mn(0.02 g)比值=0.9,温度=54℃,转速=500rpm,石灰石溶解度最高可达92.35%,这在目前广泛使用的WFGD工艺中,对石灰石的使用量有较高的经济参考价值。
The effect of additive Fe-Mn organic acid on solubility of limestone was studied. First organic acid additives was screened,and on the basis of the single factor,according to the design principle of the Box-Behnken center,with the help of Design-Expert V8.0.6 software,the response surface model of the three factors and three levels were set up. Then the influence of temperature,the ratio of Fe-Mn,the stirring speed and the interaction of these three factors on limestone solubility were investegated. The experimental results show that,when adding oxalic acid 0.04 g,Fe-Mn(0.02 g)=0.9,temperature=54,stirring speed=500 rpm,the limestone solubility reached up to 92.35%,which in the current widely used WFGD,usage of the limestone has very high economic value.
