制氢装置加热炉空气预热器排烟温度高原因分析

Reason Analysis of Exhaust Temperature of Heater Air Preheater in the Heater of Hydrogen Production Unit

采用对制氢装置加热炉空气预热器设计和实际负荷标定的方法,对空气预热器排烟温度高的原因进行了分析研究,并针对导致排烟温度高的不同原因,提出了针对性的改进措施。

The design of the air preheater for heating furnace and the method of actual load calibration are adopted of the hydrogen production unit. The reason of high temperature air preheater flue gas was analyzed,and according to the different causes of high exhaust temperature,some improvement measures are put forward.
