摘要
不锈钢原材料成本约占其生产成本的85%左右,为满足不锈钢降低成本的需求,不锈钢原料结构发生了较大变化,传统的以不锈废钢、铬铁合金、镍铁合金等固态原料为主的原料结构逐步转向以普通高炉铁水和镍铁水为主。重点分析了以镍铁水为主要原料生产铬镍不锈钢时工艺流程的主要特点。
Raw material costs of stainless steel occupy about 85% of total production costs,in order to mee the need of reducing stainless steel production costs,the raw material structure of the stainless steel occurs great change,regard the stainless steel scrap,ferrochrome alloys,ferronikel alloys etc solid raw materials as main raw materials structure step by step change into using blast furnace molten iron and molten nickel iron as main raw material structure. Moreover empatically analysed the technology process main characteristics of production nickelchrome stainless steel under using mol ten nickel iron as main raw material.
