国内外实验小鼠8种病毒检出情况分析 被引量:5

Detection for eight viruses in imported and domestic laboratory mice

摘要 良好的实验动物质量是保证实验结果准确性的前提保障。感染疫病的实验动物,会对实验结果造成干扰,严重的可导致动物大量死亡,影响实验进度。有的疫病甚至可以感染实验人员。本研究对从美国、德国、日本进口的170批次不同品系的实验小鼠共计340只,来自于国内各科研单位119批次不同品系的实验小鼠共计232只,进行淋巴细胞性脉络丛脑膜炎病毒、汉坦病毒、鼠痘病毒、仙台病毒、小鼠肝炎病毒、小鼠细小病毒、小鼠微小病毒和小鼠脑脊髓炎病毒检测。结果表明,进口小鼠8项疫病均无检出,而国内小鼠肝炎病毒、小鼠脑脊髓炎病毒和仙台病毒检出率较高,小鼠微小病毒和小鼠细小病毒也有检出,检出率分别为54.6%、26.9%、9.2%、0.8%和0.8%。 The accuracy of experimental results depends to a great extent on the good quality of laboratory animals,and infection of these animals with diseases would affect or lower experimental results,and might cause death of a large number of animals and hinder the progress of experiment. Some of the diseases could even infect laboratory personnel. In this study,340 laboratory mice( of 170 batches) of different lines imported from USA,Germany and Japan,and 232 mice( of 119 batches) of different lines from domestic laboratories were tested for eight disease-causing viruses including LCMV,HV,ECT,SV,MHV,MVM,MPV and TMEV. The results were that,in the imported mice,none of the eight viruses were detected,and that,in the domestic mice,three viruses MHV,TMEV and SV were identified with high infection rates of 54. 6%,26. 9%,9. 2%,respectively,and two viruses MPV and MVM with notable infection rates of 0. 8% and 0. 8%,respectively.
