蓝狐源肺炎克雷伯菌的鉴定与药敏试验 被引量:9

Isolation,identification and drug susceptibility of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from blue fox

摘要 昌黎某养殖场蓝狐出现呼吸困难、气喘,呈急性死亡。为了确定引起蓝狐死亡的病原菌,从无菌采集送检病死蓝狐的肝脏、心血、肺脏等病料组织中分离病原菌,通过培养特性、形态观察养、生化鉴定、16S rRNA序列测序等方法进行了鉴定。结果显示,分离菌株为肺炎克雷伯菌,该菌的16S rRNA基因测序与Gen Bank登录的9株克雷伯菌参考株同源性在98%-99%之间。动物回归试验结果表明该菌对小鼠具有很强的致病性,半数致死量(LD50)为3.2×10^6CFU/m L。通过K-B药敏纸片法分析分离菌株的耐药性,结果显示对恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、大观霉素、头孢曲松4种药物高度敏感,对其他药物存在多重耐药。 In August 2016,a number of blue foxes on a farm in Changli County,Hebei Province suffered from dyspnea and acute death. To identify the pathogenic bacterium in the case,one strain was isolated from the tissues of the liver,heart blood and lung of the dead fox. The isolate received characteristics training,morphological observation and biochemical test and was found to be Klebsiella pneumoniae. 16 S rRNA sequence analysis showed that the bacterium was 98% - 99% homologous with nine strains of Klebsiella accessed in the Genbank. An animal regression test proved the strain with strong pathogenicity in mice resulting in LD50 being 3. 2 × 10^6 CFU/m L. Drug susceptibility testing showed that the strain of the pathogenic bacterium was sensitive to enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,spectinomycin and ceftriaxone but of multiantibiotic resistance to other drugs.
