海陆产业联动发展分析——以辽宁省为例

Analysis on the Linkage Development of Sea-land Industry——A Case Study of Liaoning

作为东北老工业基地之一的辽宁,近两年经济增长乏力,亟待探索经济发展新的增长点和推动力,产业结构也需转型和升级。而同时辽宁省作为海洋大省,海洋经济发展迅猛。因此,海洋产业与陆域产业间的联动发展,既推动陆域产业结构的转型和升级,也带动海洋产业进一步发展,进而,实现辽宁经济的快速持续协调发展。本文首先阐述了海陆产业联动机制的相关理论,然后分析了辽宁海洋产业与陆域产业的演变与特征,再通过灰色关联度指标衡量了辽宁海陆产业间的关联性,探寻海洋产业与陆地产业间所存在的对应关系及关联程度,最后从延伸海陆产业链、开发利用海岸带和增强科技创新能力等方面提出对策建议。

As one of the northeast old industrial bases, the economic growth of Liaoning in the past two years was weak. It is urgent to explore new economic growth point and driving force and the industrial structure also needs to transformation and upgrade. At the same time, as a big marine province, marine economy of Liaoning develops rapidly. Therefore, the linkage development between marine industry and land industry not only promotes the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of land industry,but also drives the further development of marine industry, thus realizing the sustained and coordinated development of Liaoning economy. Firstly, it expounds the theoretical basis of the linkage mechanism of marine and land industry, and analyzes the evolution and characteristics of Liaoning marine industry and land industry, then uses the gray correlation index to measure the correlation between marine and land industry in Liaoning, and explores the relationship between marine industry and land industry. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from extending the marine and land industrial chain,developing and utilizing the coastal zone and enhancing the innovation ability of science and technology.
