养老机构选址因素实证分析——以石家庄市裕华区为例

Empirical Analysis of Nursing Home Location Factors——Taking Yuhua District of Shijiazhuang as an Example

现阶段我国养老机构面临着资源分布不均的严峻问题,养老机构的选址受到经济成本、基础设施、生态环境等各类因素的影响。本文以河北省石家庄市裕华区为研究对象,通过实地调研的方法,考察裕华区养老机构布局现状,并对该区养老机构的选址进行分析,进而得出影响养老机构选址的主要因素,最终为投资者或建设者养老机构选址提出建议。

The nursing home in China are faced with the serious problem of uneven resource distribution. The location of the nursing home is affected by various factors,such as economic cost, infrastructure and ecological environment.This paper focuses on the factor analysis of Shijiazhuang nursing home site selection.The author selected the Yuhua District of Shijiazhuang city of Hebei Province as the research object, and adopted the method of on-the-spot investigation, investigated the distribution status of nursing home in Yuhua District,analyzed the location factors of the nursing home,then found out the main factors that affect the site selection of nursing home, Finally, made recommendations for investors who site selection of the pension agency.
